The sixth out of nine of the Last Prague Trip. This route started at the same place where the previous Letenské Sady, because it was a good opportunity for night photography. Compared to that this gallery is longer, because I walked the way, down to Náměstí Republiky, then a reprise of Krematorium Strašnice-Želivského-Flóra, finally again some pictures around the house. It was a good session, I had a huge luck because the weather was good with me (again) with a mild pre-spring temperature. The later days were cold and freezing with snow.

The night variant of window test. Originally I wanted to take the big 80-200 mm lens, but dropped the idea: I didn't want to argue with anyone about what I was doing with that big lens and a tripod, facing to someone's window 2am in the morning. So I just shot with the 70 mm. It came out better this way as approx 30 seconds after I took the picture a police car rolled towards Želivského before me. |
